We just love it when our couples are as relaxed in front of our cameras as Kim and Eric were. We also really liked that their clothes were color coordinated.

Natasha and I always look for new areas to shoot even at familiar spots. This time we were thrilled to find some gorgeous trees at such a popular photo location as Baker Beach.

It got even more interesting when we found out that our second location was closed. The courtyard at the Legion of Honor was locked for the evening, but even the outside area was seriously fun.

I think Kim and Eric’s sentiments towards each other are pretty easy to see. These guys are planning a beautiful fall-themed wedding for October and we couldn’t be more excited for them. Thanks for a great time!

Spring is here, the sun is out and everything is blooming! It got absolutely impossible to sit at home, so for Mike’s upcoming birthday we decided to check out some nature.

After a 3 hour drive to Mendocino we finally came to our destination – Vichy Springs Resort. I found this place after hours of searching online as a surprise for Mike.

The place was super relaxing: we soaked in mineral water tubs, slept, and hiked. I almost stepped on a garter snake on our porch and in the morning we saw deer right out of our windows. The nearby creek was teeming with fish, salamanders, ducks and lizards.

We had a great and relaxing time which seriously reenergized our creativity. Happy upcoming birthday, Mike!!

We were supposed to meet these guys by the fountains in downtown SJ, only there were no fountains at this time of the year. Ooops… but that didn’t stop us from having tons of fun shooting in the area. :)
It seemed like Anjie and Amit got comfortable with our cameras pretty quickly and were going along with some of our edgy ideas.

After we were finished up downtown we headed to a field of yellow wildflowers which Mike spotted some time ago. We got slightly lost on the way there (although guys, as they say, never get lost :) ) but still managed to get there on time for perfect light.

Anjie was adventurous enough to walk waist deep in the grass and flowers and on high heels no less. The flowers and the setting sun made for some gorgeous shots.

Anjie & Amit will be getting hitched in September. We are really looking forward to your wedding guys!
