Jennifer and Steve’s wedding was held on the grounds of a beautiful private house in Woodside. We arrived in time to see the lovely ladies from Floral Creations by Amanda doing their magic and creating the most amazing chuppah. The coordinator of the day, Samantha, did a wonderful job with making sure everything was flawless.
This event had lots of beautiful little details: not only did a string quartet play during the ceremony, but they had Pride and Joy playing at the reception. Mike and I both loved the black and white checkered dance floor, yummy cupcakes and deserts, beautiful bouquets on every table, and an unusually shaped, stylish buffet. My favorite detail was a lounge area, which consisted of a couple of white couches and a coffee table, set just to the side of the dance floor.
Jennifer wanted everyone close to her to be present at the wedding, so Jennifer’s horse, Happy, also attended and witnessed the ceremony from nearby :)
There was a pool table on the premises and Jennifer made sure to make great use of it:
Instead of a wedding cake, the bride and groom had a cupcake to cut! The rest of the guests were treated to some delicious cupcakes as well:
This relaxed wedding was full of joy and the evening took on a magical look with the bright lit stage, awesome dance floor, and a pool surrounded by candles.
Pride and Joy in action!
Congratulations to Jennifer and Steve!!! It was a pleasure to be a part of your day.

It was warm, sunny, and beautiful on the day of Celina and Denton’s wedding at the Officer’s Club in Fort Mason. The day had started for us at Celina’s house as we captured her preparations as well as a few shots of her adorable dog (see the last shot!) There were a lot of emotions at this wedding, in particular because many of the guests had traveled a long distance to be a part of this event.
Nestled in between amazingly tall eucalyptus trees, the Officer’s Club is a vibrant and pleasant setting for the ceremony. The interior of the club was carefully decorated with many of the couple’s photos and traditional Chinese keepsakes. The day had an effortless flow to it and everything really seemed to go off as planned.
Surrounding the Officer’s Club is a beautiful lawn, an array of tall trees, and some really interesting architecture characteristic of Fort Mason. Celina and Denton could hardly stay away from each other and creating their portraits was pure joy.
Congratulations to this lovely couple!!! We were so happy to be a part of your special day.
Celina and Denton’s engagement photos can be seen here.

This past weekend we had the pleasure of photographing Sabina and Seva’s wedding. Just a week prior, the four of us decided to drive down to Shoreline Park in Mountain View and have fun creating some casual and genuine engagement portraits. These guys were a lot of fun and up for almost anything we asked of them!
Sabina and Seva’s wedding celebration will be posted to our blog in the upcoming days. We hope you enjoy this series!
