Every once in a while we meet a couple that truly understands what we really try to accomplish with our wedding photography: to capture the closeness of relationships. When this happens a beautiful connection always develops because we really treat each other with mutual trust, respect, and appreciation. We’re grateful when we meet people who have a similar take on life – that it’s all about love.
I always say that one of my favorite things about wedding days is the crying. Does that sound weird? I love nothing more than when people aren’t afraid to let out their emotions and truly feel the moments. There is so much to experience on a wedding day and to be vulnerably present to the moments often means shedding some tears.
The Cavallo Point Lodge was a special setting for a couple who have made San Francisco their home. With views of GG Bridge and the bay this venue was a great anchor for uniting their out-of-town families.
Kelly and Dan blessed us with many tears on this day. There was a palpable sense of gratefulness from both of them to celebrate their union in this way.
We were proud to be their photographers! May these photos bring fond memories for generations to come.
