A couple of weeks ago we had an opportunity to visit baby Sam again. We haven’t seen the little guy since he was a 3-month-old adorable baby and it’s just amazing how much he grew in just half a year! We played ball, cuddled, read Sam’s favorite book and laughed a lot. Sam was a joy to be with the entire time! Here are a few of my favorites:
I love this one, looking at the big world from Sam’s perspective:
All grown up:
Love that look!
Sam started crawling not that long ago and it looks like he loves to explore!
Thanks for inviting us for another awesome session!

Shelly and Josh got married at the magnificent Cinnabar Hills Golf Club over Memorial Day weekend. I have to say that we couldn’t have get more lucky with the weather on that day - the sky had the most cool looking clouds ever! We were afraid that it’ll start raining, and although we did see a few drops in the morning, it cleared up right before the ceremony and yielded a very moody and beautiful light.
Shelly looked radiant and happy and had the greatest smelling bouquet ever!
Josh and Shelly had a charming ceremony and were pronounced husband and wife with a great view of the rolling hills of the golf course, surrounded by friends, family, and all kinds of blooming flowers!
We were happy to see that these guys showed their adventurous side by climbing wet hills, hiking to a few old trees in the distance, and getting waist deep into the tall grass.
Congratulations on your beautiful wedding!! We were honored to be your photographers.

We are still not unpacked and pretty much living out of the boxes. I spent half an hour yesterday looking for my jacket and then just decided to wear something else :) Sooo, thank you to everyone for being patient, we’re finally catching up with all the work.
Elya and Borya came a long way for the their engagement session - they live in San Diego and flew to Bay Area just in time for the photo session. They got a bit lost in a city, but everything turned out just fine in the end: we took pictures at sunset in SF’s Embarcadero area and then even got to play in the dark! As usual for San Francisco, it got to be a little chilly by evening so we had to do a lot of hugging, running and jumping to warm up :) It was a blast!
Elya and Borya are planning a beautiful wedding just a couple of months away in Los Altos Hills’ Beth Am. We’re very much looking forward to it!

The move to our new place was successful and we’re already enjoying all the new space. We’ve documented the event well (I’m glad Mike was patient with me taking pictures of him moving heavy boxes around :) and we’ll be posting a full photo reportage next week. We’re slowly catching up on all of our recent shoots - we’ve had quite a few awesome sessions in the last couple of weeks!
We first met Leann and Nate a year ago at Nate’s sister’s wedding. Jessica married Trevor at the beautiful Martinelli Event Center in Livermore. We love photographing the same family’s weddings, seeing some of the same faces and feeling like we’ve known the families for a long time!
On this day we met up at the Ferry building under the giant clock, went to explore the Embarcadero center (I just love all it’s interesting architecture, staircases, and beautiful flower beds!) and then made our way back to the waterfront.
Leann and Nate are getting married in 2009 at the gorgeous Palm Event Center in Pleasanton. I’m sooo looking forward to this beautiful winery wedding! We’ve recently had quite a few consultations for weddings taking place next year and we’re always happy to meet with people to whom photography is a priority.
Enjoy!
