On Monday last week we shot an engagement session for our awesome and adventurous friends Anya and Ilya. They seemed to know exactly where to do the photos – the junk yards of East Palo Alto! It might sound funny, but we were sooo happy to hear this. Talk about getting creative… ;)
We started our walk in the marshlands of the nearby Baylands preserve. Ilya and Anya relaxed as soon as they heard that they can just have fun and no traditional poses were necessary. The four of us were jumping, crawling and running as we made our way down the trail.
As the sun began to set we left the marshes and relocated to the streets where we found some rusty abandoned cars. There was no end to this couple’s energy: we were having a blast shooting photos on and around these cars. It was only when it got dark that we called it a night.
Thanks for an awesome and adventurous time!
